he Red Rock First Nations Powwow is a ceremony that involves plenty of great traditional songs, foods, dances and feasts. Every third weekend of July the Red Rock First Nations Powwow brings together many different types of people for a great ceremony. The whole weekend is filled with diverse types of foods ranging from traditional feasts to deep fried foods, while mesmerizing traditional dancing, singing, and drumming takes place. Come down to Lake Helen Reserve this upcoming July and visit the Red Rock First Nations Powwow to learn about Aboriginal culture and to enjoy a great ceremony of the First Nations.
