Apart of eleven Ontario Travel Information located across the province Pigeon River is well staff and equipped to assist you in planning and finding information on everything Ontario related! The centre also acts as your access point to scenic nature trails and offers many services such as picnic areas, and playgrounds. This center is also an ideal place to purchase your crown land camping permits, Ontario fishing licences, and souvenirs!

Situated along a lovely cliff face on the outskirts of Thunder Bay sits the Thunder Bay Terry Fox Monument and Tourist Information Centre. Offering you great views of Lake Superior, Thunder Bay, and the Sleeping Giant this centre is not only a source of information but an attraction in and of itself. Learn the story of Terry Fox through a 9-toof high bronze statue that was erected to honour his memory as he ran across Canada in support of cancer research. The Terry Fox Information Centre not only offers a great historical memorial and great views but also boasts a modern building filled with capable staff and literature to help you plan your journey through Ontario’s Superior Country.
