Steelhead
Steelhead also referred to as Rainbow Trout are silver bodied fish with small dark spots. Commonly found in the Great Lakes, rivers, and in some inland lakes. During the spring they can be found in near-shore rivers, the mouths of harbours, and of sandy and windward shorelines. In the summer Steelhead can be found in cold deep water. Steelheads can be fished for all year round but are commonly caught during the spring when they are in the rivers to spawn.
