Wabakimi Wilderness Park is huge, and one of the last protected areas that is truly wild. Five Million acres!  Twice as big as Yellowstone or Connecticut or PEI. Wabakimi has no roads, or logging, or any other non-wilderness activities. And… rare and endangered woodland caribou, and a host of other wildlife. All waiting to explored from these 7 Wabakimi Outposts!

Wabakimi Fishing & Canoeing Outfitters has seven VERY remote outposts in and around Wabakimi for superb fishing, families, or naturalists.  All seven are accessible by floatplane. Two of them can also be accessed by a “bush train” twice a week. All are high quality cabins, fully equipped with newer 4 stroke engines, solar power inverted to 110 volts (Lights 24/7, real fridges, and freezers), and great cooking facilities. Charge your phones or fish finders. Bring your CPAP. Motor boats, plus canoes, and kayaks. All are accessed from our 4-star Wabakimi Lodge near Armstrong Ontario and near the park.
