Chasing Ontario Waterfalls

Tucked within the vast wilderness of the boreal forest and along the world’s largest freshwater lake, Lake Superior, lives several different Ontario Waterfalls. The most famous of which is Kakabeka Falls, the second largest waterfall in all of Ontario. Many of these falls can be found along the main highways throughout the region. However, some of the most majestic can only be witnessed off the beaten track and can require a short or long hike.

This is the perfect destination for those looking to avoid large groups of travelers and viewers. Even the most popular waterfalls don’t see the larger crowds like those closer to larger cities. This makes Superior Country a great destination if you want to chase Ontario Waterfalls. Whether or not you’re only seeking falls, or making them apart of a larger trip, you won’t be disappointed.
