The Rossport Coastal Trail in Rossport is a delightful 1.5 km (0.9 mile) point-to-point hike along the rugged coast of Lake Superior. This trail offers a true coastal experience with opportunities to dip your feet in the pristine waters. While mainly flat, it does include stretches across uneven surfaces like rocky shorelines and small creeks. As you wander, feast your eyes on breathtaking views of Lake Superior and the enchanting islands of the Rossport archipelago. Starting at Wardrope Park in Rossport Village, the trail winds eastward, ending at a rest area just east of Rossport on Highway 17.
