At its core, Fly North Outfitters specializes in remote fly‑in outpost cabins that are reachable only by air, whisking you away from the everyday into quiet waters fringed by forest and sky. You can choose from five distinctive outpost locations on lakes like Aerial Lake, Birmingham Lake, Maskara Lake, Lynx Lake (with a unique yurt option), and Vaughan Bay off Lac Suel. Each lakeside cabin offers first‑class comfort deep in the wilderness; think generator‑powered amenities, hot water on demand, memory foam mattresses, fully equipped kitchens, and your own boats with motors ready to launch straight into adventure.

Whether you’re heading out for the early morning walleye bite, searching for feisty northern pike, chasing smallmouth bass, or chasing perch among quiet bays, the fishing here is as varied and satisfying as the landscape itself. Boats come ready with paddles, nets, bait buckets, anchors, and all the basics you need to get on fish right away, while mid‑stay camp checks top up live minnows, ice, and drinking water so you can stay immersed in nature.

If flying isn’t your thing or you want a mix of accessibility and seclusion, they also offer private drive‑in cabins on the Indian Chain of Lakes, including a beautifully renovated Edward Lake cabin with its own dock and space for boats.

Trips typically operate from spring through fall and include round‑trip air service from Vermilion Bay, remote cabin accommodations, fuel for boats and generators, and all the comforts you need for a true wilderness stay. You simply bring your gear, food, and fishing license, and they handle the rest.
