Chippewa Park Beach sits on the southern edge of Thunder Bay next to Fort William First Nation. On a sandy bay, this beach is on the shores of Lake Superior with a spectacular view of the Sleeping Giant. Being Chippewa Park’s main beach, there is much to do, relaxing on this peaceful shore, exploring the Chippewa Amusement Park, flying kites in the large grassy fields, and exploring the playground equipment.

With rides, a pavilion, and a concession stand, it will be the cherry on top of a beautifully memorable day, spending time in the nature that Northern Ontario’s Superior Country is famous for. A visit to Chippewa Park has a day’s worth of activity you’ll want to explore, and when you leave, you’ll always want to return.
