The Neys Lookout is a scenic spot for hikers who want to admire the beauty of Lake Superior and its islands. It is located in Neys Provincial Park, a 53-km long wilderness park that features diverse landscapes and rich history. The lookout is part of the Lookout Trail, a 1.6 km loop trail that takes about an hour to complete. The trail passes through thick spruce forests, a shaded creek valley, bare rocky exposures and sandy dunes. The lookout is 200 ft above Lake Superior and offers a panoramic view of the lake, the boulder beaches, and the ancient rocks and fossils that are some of the oldest on the planet.
