Thunder Bay Adventure Trails offers riders over 300km/186mi of maintained snowmobile trail starting west of Thunder Bay in Kakabeka, Ontario. From this trail system you can explore places like Gravel Lakes, Silver Mountains, and the famous Kakabeka Falls! As a part of District 17 this trail system connects riders to 7 other clubs in the area that can take you as far west as the Manitoba border. Well known staging areas to access the trail system include Kakabeka Hotel, Kakabeka Falls Park, Shabaqua, Silver Mountain Station, or the Odena Gas Station in Kakabeka. The club has been active since 1990 and is a part of the Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs (OFSC). Many businesses can be found along the trail system that are welcoming and accommodating to snowmobilers.
